Accommodation and facilities

Björkögården is perfect for confirmation groups, camp schools and camps, but also for individual visitors. The farm has its own beach with a jetty and boathouse where you can hire rowing boats, canoes and kayaks. There are also large green areas, ball fields and a barbecue area. Accommodation is available on a full board or self-catering basis.

Accommodation options:

• Hasselgården - Six double rooms with private shower and toilet. Two of the rooms have sea views and are adapted for people with disabilities. Possibility to convert the rooms into quadruple rooms. Private entrance from the veranda around the house. Access to kitchen, dining area for 12 people and TV.
• The pine cottage - Simple cottage with sea view, 4 beds (bunk beds), kitchen and toilet. Patio outside. Open during the summer season. Pets allowed.
• Furubo - Cosy cottage with 6 beds (bunk beds), kitchenette and shower room. Terrace outside. Open during the summer season. Pets allowed.

By car: Approximately 11 miles from Stockholm and 10 miles from Uppsala. Plenty of parking facilities.

By public transport: Take SL bus 676/636 from the School of Engineering in Stockholm. Journey time about 2 hours. Get off at the Björkögården/Västra Edsvik stop.
