By car:

• Option 1: E4 north towards Arlanda, follow road 273 and then road 77 towards Norrtälje. Johannesberg Castle is clearly visible on a hill just after Gottröra church.
  

• Option 2: E18 towards Norrtälje, turn off towards Rimbo and follow road 280. Then take road 77 towards Uppsala - the castle is on the left about a mile after Rimbo.
  
  

By public transport:

• Commuter train or bus to Arlanda, then bus 806 with a change at Långhundra Åby vägskäl to bus 677 towards Norrtälje. The Johannesberg bus stop is about 500 metres from the castle.
  

• Metro red line to Danderyds hospital, then bus 639 to Rimbo and further by bus 677 towards Uppsala.
