Marholmen - Hotel, Spa & Meetings

Check in - Breathe out. Marholmen is an island of its own in the Roslagen archipelago, just an hour from Stockholm and Uppsala. Here there is room for both relaxation and activity - for you, your family, your friends or your colleagues. Many people come here for spa and bathing in various forms, others for nature experiences, exercise or a challenge on the Marholmens Mästare activity course.

Dating back to the early 1900s and inspired by Elsa Beskow, Marholmen is now a destination in its own right - where you can shape your stay exactly as you want.

About Marholmen

Marholmen has a rich history and was founded by wholesaler Nils Berg in the early 1900s. Together with his wife Hanna, he created a place of rest, inspiration and community.

Elsa Beskow was inspired by the environment and her imprint still remains in the Grosshandlargården. Today, the island is run by a dedicated team that manages the heritage and develops Marholmen into a destination for both relaxation and activity - all year round.
