Between 10 September and 10 October, A Month for Life is being recognised in Norrtälje Municipality. Throughout the month, activities are brought together that aim to increase knowledge about mental health, highlight support and contribute to a more open climate for discussion.
At Norrtälje City Library, you have the opportunity to: Borrow a conversation bag on the theme of Ageing and feeling well. Would you like to meet others, share experiences and gain new perspectives? The Ageing and feeling well conversation bag contains easy-to-use conversation materials with inspiring questions about the joy of life, relationships, health and experiences. There are also 50 conversation cards to help get the conversation started.
The conversation bag suits friends and neighbours just as well as associations and smaller groups. Borrow it from the library and create meaningful meetings where conversation is given space. The material has been produced to promote community, mental health and wellbeing.
You can borrow the bag during the library's opening hours.
