The evening begins with a welcome drink and a viewing of our beautiful copper stills in the distillery.
We tell the exciting story of how we went from being a farm to a distillery and about our distillation methodology, production, and storage.
Tasting and dinner
After the distillery viewing, you'll settle down on our glazed hayloft where we've laid out an exclusive tasting of our range. Guided by us, you'll sample five of our finest drinks, paired with a tasting menu that follows the seasonal changes. You'll learn more about and taste a selection of gin, whisky, punch, snaps, and fruit and berry distillates, paired with both traditional and more unexpected food combinations.
Farm sales
During the evening, it will be possible to purchase our alcoholic beverages over the counter, with a maximum of 700 ml per person. The age limit for this purchase is 20 years.

- After dinner, the bar in our punch room is open until 11:00 PM.
- The menu has been specially created solely for this one evening and is paired with the drinks. The menu includes meat, fish, and seafood. We can accommodate gluten, nuts, and lactose.
What is included?
The price includes a welcome drink, a guided tour, a four-course dinner, and five 2cl drinks, coffee/tea, and a talk about the drinks. Confirmed bookings are paid via a link sent to your email address. Booked visits are non-refundable.
Please note that the menu has been specially tailored for this evening and we may not always be able to accommodate all individual dietary preferences, especially choices that are not based on medical reasons, religious needs, or clear allergies.
Practical information
Norrtälje Bränneri is located one mile north of Norrtälje in Lohärads Söderby. We have a large car park and if necessary, motorhomes can be parked here. We have good co-operation with Frötuna Buss, Fridströms Buss and Roslagstaxi who often drive our guests. Roslagstaxi, for example, has a fixed price on the route Norrtälje city - bränneriet of SEK 425.
