Young people can train with us for free!
From now on, young people aged 13 to 19 can get a FREE training card with us at Friskis and Svettis in Östhammar! The requirement is that you become a member (100 SEK for 2026). We have a varied training selection with everything from light aerobics to tough strength sessions! We have classes in several locations: Östhammar, Alunda, Gimo and Öregrund! Come and try our classes!
