Österåkersmilen is a popular running race in Åkersberga that attracts both recreational and competitive runners. The course runs in scenic surroundings along the Åkers Canal and offers several distances for different ages and levels - from toddler races to 2.4, 4.8 and 10 kilometres.

Start and finish are in the centre of Åkersberga and the race offers a great running atmosphere for both participants and spectators. Welcome to run, cheer or experience a local running party!

Location and accessibility

Start and finish are outdoors in the centre of Åkersberga, at Storängstorget. The race runs in different lengths along Åkers Kanal.

The area around the start and finish area is accessed via footpaths and hard surfaces, making wheelchair access possible.
