Welcome to an inspiring day filled with the joy of movement for children and young people! Try out activities, challenge yourself, learn more about healthy choices, and have fun through movement together with others.
On Wednesday 24 June, we welcome children and young people to Österåker's first Pep Day in collaboration with Rydbo 360. It is a completely free day that aims to spread the joy of movement and inspire healthy choices in everyday life.
Between 2 PM and 5 PM, all children and young people, from middle school to high school, have the opportunity to try a wide array of fun activities and challenges, both outdoors and indoors. Most of the activities will take place at Bergaggården and in the magnificent sports facility Rydbo 360. At the same time, several exciting activities will be taking place within walking distance of the event area.
So, would you like to try a fast-paced ball game at Rydbo 360? Be inspired by a world champion in bodyweight training (calisthenics)? Perhaps you fancy challenging yourself with fun physical challenges or gathering friends for a lovely game of kubb in the sun? There's something for everyone who wants to move, laugh, and have fun together! Of course, siblings and guardians are also very welcome to participate.

What do you like? Padel, tennis, badminton, squash, pickleball, table tennis, boules, padbol or teqball? During Pep Day, we're opening the doors to our multi, multi, multi-hall for a free afternoon filled with sports, laughter, and new experiences. Here you can try out a host of activities, challenge your mates, and get help from our leaders to find your thing.
At Rydbo360, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never held a racket before or if you’re already the star of the team. There’s room for everyone here to participate, develop and have fun together.
