Seniors' Day with a health theme!

Welcome to a health day in Östhammar with activities, entertainment and community! Come and be inspired, try out wellness activities and take part in health information. Check your blood pressure, try Nordic walking or buy something delicious to eat while enjoying company in beautiful surroundings.

The event is free. Everyone is welcome! Come whenever you like!

12:30–14 The hearing instructor's drop-in time at Storbrunn Library is moved to Sjötorget on this day

11.15 SPF leads a short Nordic walk at Sjötorget
11-13 Visit NYC's Foodtrucks
12.15 Leisure and Health demonstrates balance exercises and falling techniques.

13-15 The health centre's physiotherapist, healthcare assistant and elderly care coordinator will be available. Come and have your blood pressure checked, discuss lifestyle habits, measure your pulse or get screened for COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

15:15 Gym session

16:00 Three-course dinner at Tullhuset. NB! Advance booking with Lisbeth Eriksson on 0763-93 35 42, please state if you want meat or fish. Payment on site to Tullhuset SEK 495/person for food or SEK 595/person for food and drink (beer/wine).
