Springtime in Roslagen offers everything from art safaris and exhibitions to races to run and excursions into nature. During the Easter holidays, the area is filled with activities for the whole family, and later in the spring, popular traditions such as the cows' release into the pasture await.
There is also the possibility of guided tours – for example to Ängsö National Park – and many attractions opening for the season.

• Take the car, bicycle or walk out into the countryside – take a road trip through Roslagen, cycle for longer distances or hike along Roslagsleden and the Stockholm Archipelago Trail
• Explore castles, manors and industrial heritage sites som Österbybruk – with elegant halls and a lively industrial area – or make a stop in Wirabruk where you can have coffee in the old Courthouse, peek into the smithies, and visit the shop with art forging.
• At several locations, it is possible to book a weekend or conference, for example at Rånäs Castle, Johannesberg Castle or Gimo Manor.
• Visit museums and art galleries Pythagoras Industrial Museum (with the Children's Pythagoras Centre), Roslagen Museum, Norrtälje Art Gallery, Länsmansgården Art Gallery in Åkersberga and the Mineral Museum in Dannemora (as well as Roslagen Maritime Museum in Älmsta by the Väddö Canal, which is closed for spontaneous visits in the spring but can be opened by arrangement).
