Blue trail 7 km - stage 4 (Prästfjärden - Domarudden)

The Blue Trail is a hiking trail that offers 35 kilometres of hiking through fantastic and varied cultural landscapes. It also connects to the Roslagsleden trail if you want to vary or extend your hike. The Blue Trail runs from the harbour in Vaxholm, via Bogesund on the beautiful Bogesundslandet, to Domarudden in Österåker. A nine-kilometre connecting trail links the Blue Trail to the Roslagsleden trail at Löttinge in Täby.

Some parts of the Blue Trail, around Rydbo, run across private land and the municipality does not maintain this section. Here, forest felling may take place and the section may be more or less accessible and potentially unsafe with fallen trees. There are also no trail markings on this stretch that the municipality is responsible for. Apart from this stretch, the trail is well marked with blue markings.
