Travel a thousand years back in time and become part of the Viking world! Storholmen is an archaeological open-air museum in Roslagen where history comes alive. Here you will meet real Vikings who show you their crafts and tell you about life in the past. Children and adults can try out Viking life with archery, blacksmithing, wool crafts or creating in clay. Learn to write runes, explore Viking houses and see a real Viking boat. Sometimes markets and exciting Viking games are also organised. 

In the area by Lake Erken, there are longhouses and smaller buildings in Viking Age building techniques. Visitors are welcomed by real Vikings in the Storholmen Viking Association. Child-friendly. Café, tours, courses, boat trips, events etc.
