Historically, the Love Trail ran in loops to and from Herrgården. Today it is 1 km long and runs on the roads that were built on the banks of the Herrgårdsdammen dam. The roads were used by the people of the manor and their guests for walks and a ride in the carriage or saddle. Large stately pines line the road.

There is a car park at the homestead. If you come by bus to Österbybruk, there is a connection to Kärleksstigen from the manor house in Österbybruk. From the manor house it is 0.7 km to Kärleksstigen.
