Ultimate OCR – Hacksta, Österåker
Ultimate OCR is an obstacle course race held in the Hacksta nature reserve in Åkersberga, where running through hilly forest terrain is combined with a large number of physical obstacles. The course is just over 9 kilometres long and features over 35 obstacles focusing on strength, climbing, and agility. A challenging yet inclusive race that suits both recreational and more competitive participants.
The race will be held without electric hurdles or extreme elements, with marshals present and the opportunity to help each other through the course. For younger participants, there will also be Ultimate Kids, with custom obstacles and shorter distances.

One Water Race
One Water Race is an extreme endurance event set in an archipelago environment, where teams compete non-stop in swimming and running through the Stockholm archipelago. The race covers approximately 250 kilometres from Arholma in northern Roslagen to Landsort in the south and is carried out without a marked course – participants navigate themselves between islands using map and compass. It is a prestigious race that attracts the world elite in endurance sports.
The competition runs for up to around 60 hours and is carried out in teams of three participants. The One Water Race is known for its extreme physical and mental demands, as well as its focus on the ocean, water environment, and cooperation.

Imagine an adventure where you climb down into a historic mine, surrounded by impressive ice formations and an atmosphere that breathes history and excitement. At Dannemora Ice Mine, you'll have a unique experience that combines adventure, nature and culture in a way you'll never forget.
Dannemora mines, located in Uppland, have a rich history of iron ore mining stretching from the 15th century until 2015. The mine reaches a depth of 620 metres and has been a central location for the Swedish mining industry over the centuries.
During the winter months, cold air penetrates the deep shafts of the mine, creating a natural cooling effect. Water that seeps in freezes into ice, forming ice formations along the walls and roof. As the sun's heat never reaches the deep mine shaft, the cold - and the ice formations - are preserved all year round.
Via Ferrata - safe climbing for adventure seekers
For those looking for an adrenaline rush, Dannemora Äventyr offers a Via Ferrata experience in the ice mine. Via Ferrata, which means "railway" in Italian, is a climbing route equipped with fixed safety devices such as crampons, cables and bridges, allowing both beginners and experienced climbers to safely make their way along rock walls.
What can you expect?
Climbing: Explore the mine hole by climbing using fixed steps, ropes and ladders.
History: Learn more about the mine's fascinating past and its importance to the site.
The activity takes about three hours and requires normal physical fitness. Recommended from the age of 16.
